Deams

Here in the centre of the city, sculptural forms are all around us. Deams, one of Melbourne’s best known artists and “graffuturists” accentuates these forms through artworks that either blend in or jump off the walls, creating a mysterious reality on top of our own.

We invited Deams to use a range of our surfaces as his canvas. The result? An immersive experience of linework, vivid colour and abstract shapes.

Deams’s signature style adorns many murals around the city with a kind of “compositional conversation” between energy and emotion, past and present, chaos and order. Much like our daily lives really.
